1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing scrubby.pk, placing an order (website, phone, or WhatsApp), or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering a contract in Pakistan.
Keep your account credentials secure; you’re responsible for all activity under your account.
We may suspend/disable accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

We strive to display product details, images, and colors accurately; minor variations may occur.
Prices, taxes, fees, and availability can change without notice.
Errors: If a product is listed with incorrect price/info, we may refuse/cancel the order and refund amounts paid.

Promotions/Coupons: Each has its own terms and expiry; they usually can’t be combined unless stated.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product or explicitly confirm acceptance.
We may cancel any order (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing error, failed verification, restricted delivery area).
We may limit quantities per customer/household.

5. Payment

Accepted methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and online options (e.g., debit/credit cards, local wallets/bank transfer) as shown at checkout.
Online payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card details.
If a payment is charged back/disputed, we may suspend your account until resolved.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Orders ship via our courier partners; delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, public holidays, or force majeure.
Risk of loss passes upon delivery to your address or collection point.
Couriers may require OTP/CNIC or phone verification. Unreachable numbers can delay or cancel delivery.

Damage/Missing items: Report within 48 hours of delivery (photos or unboxing video help us process claims faster).

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancel before dispatch: Contact us immediately; we’ll try to stop shipment but can’t guarantee once picked by the courier.
Change-of-mind returns: Within 7 days of delivery, unused and sealed products only. Certain items (e.g., opened liquids, hygiene items, custom/bulk orders) are non-returnable unless defective—see product page notes.
Defective/incorrect items: Notify us within 7 days; we’ll repair/replace or refund (subject to availability).
Process: Contact support to obtain an RMA and follow return instructions. Returns without authorization may be refused.
Refund timing: After inspection, refunds are issued within 7–14 business days via the original method (or bank transfer for COD).
Return shipping costs:
- If defective/incorrect: we cover reasonable return shipping.

Change-of-mind: customer covers return costs.

8. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Distributor/wholesale MOQs, pricing, and payment terms are set separately.
Bulk, discounted, or custom orders are generally non-returnable unless defective.

9. User Content (Reviews, Photos, Messages)

When you submit reviews, ratings, photos, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services/marketing.
Do not submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: break the law; violate third-party rights; upload malware; attempt unauthorized access; scrape/crawl without consent; or resell/misrepresent affiliation where prohibited.

11. Safety & Product Use

Follow all labels and safety instructions. Keep cleaning products away from children.
Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged skin exposure; rinse thoroughly if contact occurs.
Patch-test on surfaces if unsure. Misuse is at your own risk.

12. Intellectual Property

Scrubby, our logos, mascots/characters, product names, images, and site content are our intellectual property or used with permission.
You may not use our IP without prior written consent.

13. Third-Party Services & Links

We use third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp widgets, payment gateways, analytics, courier systems). Their terms and privacy policies apply in addition to these Terms.

14. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrubby is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the site/products, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected order. Your statutory rights are not affected.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Scrubby, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the products/site.

17. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions, internet/courier outages).

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on scrubby.pk with the updated Effective date. For material changes, we may also provide additional notice.

19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing law: Laws of Pakistan.
Venue: Courts of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Before filing a claim, both parties will attempt good-faith resolution by contacting contact@scrubby.pk.
