Q. Can I cancel my order?
If it hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll cancel it. Once with the courier, cancellation isn’t guaranteed.
Q. What’s your return policy?
Change-of-mind returns within 7 days for unused, sealed items. Opened liquids, hygiene items, and custom/bulk orders are generally non-returnable unless defective.
Q. How do refunds work and how long do they take?
After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued within 7–14 business days via the original method (or bank transfer for COD).

Q. Which sponge is safe for non-stick cookware?
Use Bee Sponge or the cellulose side of the Cellulose Sponge. Do not use wire mesh or the green scrubber side on delicate/non-stick coatings.

Typically 2–4 weeks with regular use. Replace sooner if it tears, holds odor, or looks worn.
Q. How do I sanitize sponges?
Rinse with hot soapy water after each use; wring dry. For deeper cleaning, soak in hot water with a little dishwashing liquid.
Do not microwave any scrubbers that have metal (e.g., wire mesh) or plastic parts.
Q. Are cellulose sponges biodegradable?
Cellulose is plant-based and biodegradable under the right conditions. The green scrubber pad is synthetic and not biodegradable.

Q. Is the dishwashing liquid gentle on hands?
It’s designed for effective grease-cutting with everyday use in mind. If you have sensitive skin, wear gloves or rinse hands after washing.
Q. Can it be used on baby bottles?
Yes—wash thoroughly and rinse very well with clean water. (It’s not a sterilizer; sterilize separately if needed.)
Q. Is it septic-safe?
It’s a standard household dishwashing liquid. Use normal amounts and rinse well.
